Sharing with the world how we have been forever changed by Jesus Christ is wired into theMILL’s DNA. Over the last six years, we’ve train-hopped across Europe, lived with Berber families in the Atlas mountains, performed hip-hop concerts for thousands in Morocco, taught English in China, prayer-walked in Pakistan and Tibet, and trekked through Nepal.
Each year we embark on several short-term trips with one blowout trip every other summer. These outreaches are not for the faint of heart -- the majority are to the darkest, most unreached regions of the world. Why do we go? It is in these places that approximately 3.4 billion people live everyday without the presence of God or the hope of the Gospel. The privilege of bringing His truth to these individuals is both an adventure and incredible honor.
But that’s not all. As our community travels the world together, individuals are finding a stirring in their hearts to return to these places – sometimes for a few months or a year – sometimes for life. We now have MILL-ers living in Morocco, Thailand, South Korea, Uganda, Nepal and Israel. It’s an exciting time to be alive, and nothing is better than giving our all for the King of the nations.
